Terms and Conditions

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Products and Quality

We supply 100% raw single donor human hair products, including U-part wigs, tape-in extensions, bundles, and HD lace frontals and closures. Our hair is ethically sourced from South and South-East Asia, and selected for its natural texture, strength, and longevity.

As our products are natural and unprocessed, slight variations in colour, curl pattern, and length may occur. This is completely normal and part of what makes raw hair unique.

2. Order Processing and Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders as promptly as possible. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Bundles, tape-ins, closures, and frontals: 7–14 working days

  • U-part wigs: 10–21 working days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary depending on volume of orders, courier delays, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

3. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

In line with consumer law, you may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Once opened or worn, products cannot be returned.

If your item is incorrect, faulty, or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

 

4. Cancellations

We are unable to accept cancellations once an order has been placed, as fulfilment and processing begin immediately. Please ensure your order details are correct before proceeding to checkout.

5. Customer Responsibilities

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Review all product information and care instructions prior to purchase

  • Ensure accurate billing and shipping details

  • Understand and agree to the no returns policy and the estimated delivery timeframes outlined above
